Wear One Condom Campaign

The Wear One Campaign

The Wear One campaign is a condom distribution program that provides local businesses with free condoms and education on STI services, including testing and treatment. The public can stop in and pick up a Wear One condom bag for free, whenever the business is open.

The Wear One campaign was developed to increase free condom availability, create awareness, and promote acceptance of condom use in individuals 18–24 years of age. The goal is to decrease sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and unplanned pregnancies by removing barriers to condom use, such as cost, embarrassment, and lack of access.

For more information on Wear One, visit the Ottawa County Department of Public Health's webpage.
